WHO WE ARE

James Forbes is a licensed engineer living in Oneonta, NY.  He graduated from RIT with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and went on to gain his Master’s in Business Administration while working in the aerospace industry as a project engineer.  Jim went on to co-found a construction company that specialized in high-end residential and light commercial design-build projects.  With over twelve years of hands-on construction, management and design aspects of the business he turned his sights back to the design professional’s scope of the construction industry.  Jim’s formal and hands-on education experience have led him to a unique skill-set which include: site development, architectural engineering, structural design, fire protection system design, MEP & HVAC specification, and wastewater system design.
